If you think information is missing from your record or you want to request a copy of your Weirton Medical Center medical record, please call (304) 797-6124. Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 AM to 4 PM. NOTE: There is a 36 hour delay for posting most information.

If you think information is missing from your record or you want to request records from your physician, please contact your doctor’s office.

If you haven’t received your Welcome email, Validation Key code, Need a password reset, or if you are experiencing an issue connecting to the patient portal please call (304) 797-6124. Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 AM to 4 PM.

If you forgot your password, go to the log-on screen, enter your username and click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link.
